Engineering work over two successive weekends between Barnes and Richmond has resulted in Reading to Waterloo services being diverted via the South West Main Line and the Kingston Loop - reversing at Twickenham. Although Juniper units have never been strangers to the main line, rarely has there been an opportunity to witness such intensive running.
