Our friends and colleagues at the EPB Preservation Group held this year's "EMU Days" at the East Kent Railway on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July. It was planned that each train running would have a different combination of EMUs from their collection of 2EPB, 4Bep and two MLV units. The motive power for most workings was the shunter locomotive D4113 (09025 ) but the 14.00 working was for part of the journey on battery power from MLV 68001 after the locomotive had been uncoupled.
